Back on TRACK!Monday, May 07, 2012
Ok, so I let the past 2 weeks go without a workout and my eating has been...well not terrible but not great. Time to fix that. I work an overnight tonight so I am going to make it a point to do at least an hour of Wii Fit. ![]()

Wow, I really pack on the pounds during finals week. I am sure it is part stress, part sitting on my butt writing papers while snacking, and part not having any time to sleep or workout. I should take up Yoga during times like this.
I made chicken salad and mixed some Old Bay Seasoning in it...oh yum. Maybe people know of this already but I just tried it out and thoroughly enjoyed it. Chicken salad is a dish I experiment with but I think my favorite is still with grapes cut in half. Yum yum yum. Or with catalina dressing and crunchy noodles.
PS. I am not a good cook. If these look weird its because I just get random cravings and start throwing stuff together. I have learned to love my cooking haha. I need to make healthier choices while I am stressed out. Pizza and wings have really been good to me though. So good...yet so bad.
