Well it's been a week of ups and downs. My dog didn't last even a couple of weeks. We took her in Fri. the 18th. to the Veterinarian and held her as we said good-bye. Very down because of the loss.
I checked the scale and haven't lost anything, but haven't gained either. I'm OK with that for the week I've had.
The upside is, I've started exercising, missing 2 days because of my dog but making one up on Saturday. I also can easily look back at the week and know why I didn't lose any weight. I almost always stay within my calorie plan but I eat too much fat and protein. I still eat after dinner. I'm working on it though.
The big upside is the more I'm here the more I'm inspired and drawn to the Lord. This is huge because since I became depressed years ago my walk with the Lord dwindled to nothing except knowing He's there and wondering why I don't feel close to Him.
The forums I'm on help inspire me and I've been reading inspirational books and my Bible some. I plan on trying out a church next week.
This week I'm focusing on God, my family, eating less fat and exercising more!
