Well the time of the year when everyone pigs out is upon us yet again, and most of us contemplate starting over, AGAIN. While it seems unlikely it is quite possible to eat healthy during the holidays. It's mainly in portion control, half you plate should be veggies. If you're like me an anemic you need dark green veggies which means I can get all the collard greens I want and no one can complain. I'm not saying use an ailment to abuse eating certain things but by all means look into what dietary needs you have and use the holiday to help maintain a healthy eating system. I have to eat green leafy veggies, and half to eat about a half plate of veggies, so I can go greens crazy. Make dieting work for you this holiday season.
