So, it was March 6th that I started going to the gym on a super regular basis and really, really trying my best to eat clean. I didn't lose a whole lot of weight, but I'm really happy about the inches I lost.
Weight, 174, down from 179.4 Minus 5.4 pounds
Natural waist 35.75, down from 40 Minus 4.25
Hips 42.75, down from 45 Minus 2.25
Left thigh 22.5, down from 23.5 Minus 1.0
Right thigh 22.5, down from 24 Minus 1.5
Left calf 15.5, down from 15.75 Minus .25
Right calf 15.5, down from 16 Minus .5
Chest, under breast line 35.25, down from 37 Minus 1.75
Bust-40.5, up from 40 Increase of .5
Left arm 12 Same
Right arm 13 Increase of .25
So, 10.75 inches and 5.4 pounds lost in one month!! Boy if that doesn't give me the incentive to keep going, nothing will!
Tonight at the gym I did all strength training and then a lot of floor exercises with the stability ball and medicine balls. They closed before I got to cardio, so my plan is for a walk/run tonight, but at the moment it's storming so I might end up doing a DVD downstairs.
I need to post this months pictures, but Meghan isn't home to take them now, so that will have to wait.
