Health Contract With Myself
I, Carla, realize that in order to reach my goal weight of 140-150 pounds, I need to pledge to make the following changes to improve my health and lifestyle in 2011;
1. I pledge to try to lose 1-1.5 lbs per week. My total loss by 2012 should be 26-36 pounds.
2. I pledge to drink at least 10-12 glasses of water a day, 7 days each week.
3. I pledge to workout and exercise for at least 60 minutes each day, at least 5 times a week.
4. I pledge to follow my healthy eating plan of Weight Watchers, all 7 days of each week.
5. I pledge to finish every day with a positive affirmation of what I did each day.
6. I pledge to begin each day with a short term goal that I can accomplish that day.
7. I pledge to reward myself by giving myself a non food item when I complete all of my pledges each month.
