Who ever knew there were so many people out there interested in an old Camaro. It's a Z28 Iroc 1987. It's a nice car and was enjoyed in it's day, but now just sits in my driveway which apparently is not cool with the county since it's tags are expired. It can't be on the street or in my own driveway. The garage is too crowded, so short of putting it in the backyard (LOL) it's either tag it (which would mean getting Aaron to inspect it, getting tags, getting insurance, etc) or sell it. Considering it isn't going to be driven by anyone the obvious answer is to sell it.
We put it up for sale online and the phone has not stopped ringing off the hook and the emails are flooding in. So I arrange to have people come by, only to realize we don't know where the keys are! I frantically search for keys to no avail so I call Aaron to get his extra set only to be informed that he gave me the extra set when he brought it home last time. So now, 2 sets were missing. Finally find one and of course the battery is dead since it's been sitting. Aaron takes the battery out of another car since he's driving the truck today and puts it in and it starts fine. finally. So now there's just the wait for the crowds to come when in reality with all those calls, I still bet most won't show up.
Here it is...with all it's blemishes. I guess I'd have blemishes too if I was an almost 25 year old car that still runs great!
Update: It sold easily and quickly...the 2nd person that came by!
