To continue to do well this month and onward! I am being extra careful to make sure I get plenty of healthy calories each day and to pay attention to all of my other ranges too. I spent 2 days this week grilling and making enough food to last all week so I had good choices available for my busy 12 hour days. I grilled mango curry chicken and veggies:

I also grilled seasoned chicken breasts and froze them all individually and loads of fresh veggies, sweet potatoes, chicken breast burgers (I mixed chopped spinach, jalepenos, a red pepper and Mrs Dash's onion and herb in them before grilling). I made a large pot of black and red quinoa and a pot of whole wheat pasta. I can come home and just pop the items in the microwave and have quick dinners without a lot of time.
I've also worked hard to make sure I try to increase my work outs. I almost always did 2 hours a day of fitness activities, but many times it was just walking and nothing else. Walking is great, don't get me wrong, but I needed to add more variety and jump start things so I've increased strength training and added new items each day to what I do. I'm working really hard on trying to add more running into my walks. This is me a few nights ago after a walk/run. It was only 30 minutes, but it was so humid outside it felt like hours.
Last night I walked for 5.7 miles. Tonight I think I'm going to rest and figure out what new activity I can add for tomorrow. I'm on a roll!
