I love this time of year. Warmer weather, more outside activities, loads of fresh veggies and fruit. It's an easy time for me to almost effortlessly do well.
This was the time last year that I did the best with my weight loss and fitness. I stayed with it all year, but gained some back during the winter. I only have 2 pounds to go to get back to where I was at the start of winter and then look out!
Yesterday's spinning class really challenged and motivated me. I felt SO good finishing it and it was such a challenge for me that I'm raring to go again and get better at it. Hope (GOLUCYGO) and I are looking into other classes as well. We are going to rock it this summer!
These are my "before" pics. I will post again at the end of summer so I can see the difference. The pics are SO much better than the ones at the beginning of last summer, but I still have a lot to do!!
