If you'd asked me 6 months, a year, 10 years ago if I ever thought I'd be almost normal weight and almost to my desired weight my answer would have been no. I've started and stopped dieting so many times I couldn't count them.
This time something clicked and I realized how it's not a diet, but a lifestyle change. Something I need to do now to lose weight and forever to keep it off.
Now, I am getting close to that point. I've worked really hard and have lost 47.8 pounds since April of this year. I'm more active then I've ever been in my life and I feel good! My BMI has gone from 35 to 27. I truly can't believe it's almost in the normal range.
I am a member of WW, but am so happy I found SparkPeople midway though my journey (thanks Simone!). The support, knowledge and information here has been invaluable to my success. It's such a fun place to visit and it's really nice to get to know so many different people. I want to thank each and every person who have let me share in their journey and who have helped me. I hope I can do the same for someone else one day.
