After tracking my food for a week, as closely as I can, I see valuable feedback on what I need to do to remove this weight. I am heavy on quick fix carbs. Overall, my caloric intake is not nearly as threatening as my body would show. In fact, it is in line with the amount of calories on the higher end of calories needed to loose weight on Weight Watchers. (for a larger body that is). My issue, for optimal weight loss is improving my activity. I will work on one aspect of fitness until I can feel it it a habit, then introduce another aspect of fitness. For starters, I will focus on flexibilty so that I can become flexible enough to be more flexible. I am not flexible at this time, so adding this piece can provide me with more balance and less pain.
