Going into week 6 of my journey.
I have lost 10 pounds.
Eating super clean and working out EVERYDAY. (for the last 24 days)
Weekends are the toughest......
This passed week was also really hard eating wise. Im tired of the foods I have been eating.
I did entries in my food journal everyday.
My goals for the upcoming week:
C25K week 5 -Im terrified!
Swim MWF am (5:30am)
Get out trail walking w my doggie, Brutus
Find some new recipes
No whites -sugar flour milk rice. . .
Oh and to be a good Spark Blogger ;)
