    I know this post was made a couple of months ago but I wanted to say that it's okay to get off track sometimes but you have to keep trying to get back on track. I know it can be hard, but that's the only way any program will work. When you fall off (or even just lean a bit) you have to pick yourself up and keep on going. :) Keep up the great work!

    Try not to be discouraged. Maybe just a five minute walk or sway to some upbeat music to help you get going again.

    Look right here where you wrote for help. It came in an abundance. Each one wrote that they have fallen off track and come back and started again. There was no criticism, no complaining, and no negative throwing. They each wish to encourage, uplift, and dust away discouragement. You can do this. Look up and start again. Do not look back. Look forward and move with confidence I can achieve ny goals.

    We all have days like this. Weight loss is a long Journey that has many twist & turns, paths to take some are smooth sailing and you have the ones that are bumpy. You can do this ONE STEP AT A TIME!! I fell off the wagon for several months, I got up and got right back on and I am going for a long ride taking it ONE STEP AT A TIME !! emoticon

    I am so with you! I have one good day and then follow it up with 2 BAD days. I am struggling to get on that path to where I need to be.

We need to just take it one day at a time and take a deep breath and move on from the past and start fighting for our future!

  IT WILL BE OK! YOU WILL HAVE DAYS LIKE THAT. THE GOOD NEWS YOU CAN ALWAYS GET BACK ON TRACK. I ALWAYS TELL MYSELF TO DUST OFF THE NEGATIVE FEELINGS , DEAL WITH THEM HEAD ON AND TAKE CONTROL. GRAB THE STRENGTH YOU NEED. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO SMILE ABOUT. MAKE A HABIT TO LOVE YOURSELF AND WHEN YOU DO ITS NOT THAT HARD TO MAKE SMALL CHANGES TO REACH YOUR GOAL.     OK, first take a deep breath and let it out slowly. You know what you need to do, so begin to think I can do this for one hour, or one day. You can do it, I know you can. Remember to set up tiny goals with rewards at first. Don't sell yourself short. You can do it!

    Awww I'm sorry to hear you sound sad. I feel for you. Really I get in a similar place about every two weeks. I have learned that a flew blown meals doesn't undo all the good effort put into getting healthy.

I've been heavy all my life too and it does take time to undo all the stuff I did to myself. So, I don't have a "time frame" to "finish" this. Getting healthy is my objective now and not so much on weight loss; although that is a nice perk :)

It gets easier, as you keep making good decisions. Sort of like building a house. It's harder and harder to take it down with every nail hammered in.

Keep the faith hon and "just keep swimming" :)

    Right before bed, I agree. But you can eat up to an hour and a half before bedtime and it won't affect you. :)

    You are absolutely right you are a good person and I love you. Hang in there things will fall into place. You know what I do when I want that late night snack. I think about you guys and what you might be doing or what you would say to me if I told you wanted a snack and it usually works. So next time you want that late night snack just think Heather is on my shoulder watching me and she is teling me not to eat this lol.
