Still very humid outdoors,, no opening a window, but will do some walking and swimming for cardio,, those 10,000 steps are so easy when you can actually go outside without melting!!

    Are you taking a laptop with you on vacation?

We are fortunate to ahve shady cool trails around here. It's finally warming up but was in the high 80's yesterday.

Visited mom and made sure all of her belongings are in place, had a nice time,,
still not enough grass to mow in her yard,, darn,,
took a nice swim this afternoon, DD grilling potato packets, marinated boneless chicken breasts.. having steamed cauliflower and bow tie pasta salad..
Brought a bottle of wine upstairs to enjoy after a swim in the dark later on,, ,,
cannot believe this day is good,, only get about ten a year..

Three hour "rest"

So I am sitting in the chair, minding my own business, when all of a sudden it is three hours later and I open my eyes! Who moved the hands on that clock? Did I just sleep all that time?? Hope so, my eyes were closed and I was unconscious!! When I woke up at four this morning for work, I was thinking I could sleep for another few hours,,

after work, I guess my brain overrode my body and did JUST that!!! I feel a little better..

    You deserve the rest. glad you ahd a fulfilling anp. I can never nap in the afternoon for some reason. I might doze off if i sit in my fav chair but only for 3-5 minutes.

WIth 65% humidity, that is a furnace to breathe,,
swimming is done for the day for me, time to do some big-girl stuff indoors, like bills and dishes... cooler tomorrow, only 90..

    You are lucky to have a pool and AC and I am happy to have AC. I get my walk in early and stay in doors most of the day. I don't really like AC but these last few weeks it has been a blessing.
