Just found out that a manager at work has lost her father this morning,, he had cancer for five years,, she and her family were not realistic about this poor man,, thinking he would never die,,
taking up a collection at work tomorrow for food trays for funeral home..
so tired, almost fell asleep in shower,, watched tv through my eyelids again for an hour..
He rose to meet his Father on Good Friday,, very apropos`!!

Got our kitchen vent fixed today, some plumbing work finished too,, tomorrow is meeting with attorneys and accountant/advocate for mom in Saginaw..
thi sis all the money left in her estate,, lots of very important decisions to make,, I hope Dad is looking down, to help me make the right decisions about the $$ he spent his entire life earning..
I know HE will help me too..

It is snowing, then sleeting, then snowing,, on and off, great!! summer is in two months and we have not had spring yet!!

Reserved my cabin, now looking to rent another one further west in the U.P. I have been swimming in Lake Superior my entire life,, one summer the water was 82 degrees in July!! Swam for four hours without getting out of the water!! Anything under 58 degrees is cold to me.
Since this cabin is so inexpensive, I think I can afford to do more.. I am deciding where I want to go before I go there..
talked to my friend Connie in Munising, they had a blizzard there, already got six inches of snow just yesterday,, no snow there in August, maybe September though!!
Will be going to her house Aug 17, 18, leave Aug 19 to go to Paradise for three days,, but may go someplace else BEFORE I go to Connie's...
maybe just loll around in my pool a couple days,,

Waiting for the snow to fall.. very cold and windy still.. sigh...
I was very naughty and had a glass of good red wine last night..
hey, I do not smoke, that drink was the extent of my vices,, one glass every month,, I should be having a small one more often for circulation, but the meds prevent that,as does my works schedule: i am a cheap drunk, one glass and I am asleep in 15 minutes,,
Going to reserve my cabin on Lake Superior today,, yea!!! First time away in over two years.. all by myself,,
