It seems that bruising takes time to flourish,, this morning I woke up to purple, green yellow red, and orange eyes,, slight green tinge to lump on forehead,, every day the colors add and change!! How festive!!

Today is another laundry day, but thanks to sparks, it is my stair-stepping day too.. after schlepping up and down those stairs a LOT, it starts the heart to pumping, who needs a fancy-schmancy piece of equipment form a store? I have eleven basement stairs, up and down, nonstop, is a great workout,, unfortunately, this week, the heart is slower because I am such a klutz, I apparently cannot be trusted to walk or tread the stairs alone very fast..
The good news is, at this time of day, my left eye opens up(it is closed until about noon, swollen) so I can see out of BOTH eyes!!
I still cannot bring myself to take outdoor walks without Pooky Bear.. am thinking of asking next door neighbors if I can borrow one of their's when it gets warmer,, tehy have a young Husky/malamute and a Border Collie who is old,, maybe..

Woke up to find my left eye is all colors, swollen, right eye slightly,, left eye closes occasionally, but I cannot take any more pain pills now, got to go back to work tomorrow..
remember when you went canoing for the very first time? Took that 25 mile trek , paddling down teh river, enjoying the wildlife, paddling, steering, paddling,, ,, ah, what a wonderful day,,
then,,, BAM!!!!! The next morning when you think somebody must have drugged you, beaten your body to a pulp while you were knocked out.every muscle is screaming in agony???
that is how I have felt since last Friday,, it seems to be getting worse,, retro-healing?
E.R. doc told me to make an appointment with family doc, so I will do that from work tomorrow.. gads, I feel so old,,oh yeah, I AM..

My bacck was so sore from lying down, we went to the mall to get tracfone minutes, so I did a once-around the-mall walk.. good cardio idea, NOT good healing idea,, going back to pain pill land,, that vicodin was a waste of teme, my arthritis pain pills are WAY stronger,, sweet dreams to me,, if I stay awake, I want to do housework, so got to sllep...

Bleeding stopped, some facial swelling is down, cuts don't burn except my knee,, major body and headache,, as if the fibromyalgia wasn't enough,, Holy battering ram!! I think a bulldozer ran over me when I was unconscious!! Left eye still swollen, forehead goose egg is only about an inch high now,(half the width of my forehead), was about six or seven yesterday!!
Calgon take me away,, to vicodin land.. a half tablet ought to keep me there for a couple days... never took it before,,, the anti-inflammatory shot in E.R made me nap...
