Looking forward to this mornings exercise. It also means one week done. Only 11 more to go :-)

Day 45 out of 100 and not lost any further weight so this second half need to focus and give it my all.

On Day 5. Challenge is that I feel so hungry after the weight lifting. Will start to read through the meal suggestion on the holiday break so it will all come together. Need to make sure that I need to be in the routine before work starts as otherwise it will be tough to schedule the 5am workout. Earlier bedtimes will be the trick.

Day 5/100: Strugling with flu

Was so eager to go out for a run last night but ended up just walking to the shop to buy medicine and headed to bed early. Cannot wait until I feel fit again to go out for a proper run. I feel the need to pump up my metabolism. I keep to the spark menu well and have been able to pack my lunches in advance. That part is going tremendously well. But ... it is still early days, I know. Another veggie day and trying to keep my mind clear. Now focus on work and let this day go by. It's Wednesday only. Looking forward to the weekend to have time off and relax and ... do sports.

Had a day annual leave and joined my oldest on a school trip to an organic farm. Learnt a lot, bought fresh produce and we will be producing our own italian lettuce soon. Food wise I have been good. I felt the lack of protein today though and could not resist the boiled chicken ... Tomorrow back to a vegetarian menu.

My next birthday is in 83 days and once more I have found myself back at 75kg. I managed to go back to 67kg and I did run a half marathon in October 2012 but then ... I stopped. I stopped exercising and I stopped watching my diet so now I am back at 75kg. Once again I need to get a grip before worse comes to worse.

I am giving myself 100 days to get fit again. New birthday present should be a new bikini ....
