Just to update - I am currently training for my 2009 events: half marathon, full marathon, sprint and oly triathlons. This is a lot of endurance events so right now I am trying to bulk up and strengthen my muscles as much as possible. Official huge cardio starts in Jan.
Sunday - back and biceps, Interval treadmill work (side shuffles, hills, backwards walking)
Monday - Spin class followed by 20 min EZ paced run; core training
Tuesday - a.m. sprints later legs
Wednesday - 60 min. bike ride; core training
Thursday - a.m. 60 min tempo run later chest, tris, and shoulders
Friday - Off
Saturday - Long Run
