Im Back and Ready to push on and help others.

Thursday, August 14, 2014

The above is me as i stand now with 10-12 kg left to lose to reach my overall goal.

I have been away from spark people for 9-12monthes.

I lost a massive amount of weight over a year from sept 2012 to sept 2013 and then took a break to enjoy the changes to my body.

I have still kept up the exercise but diet has been all over the place.

I will be looking though current SP and adding some new supportive friends and some that i hope i can support.

Any one feel free to add me. I know what it is like to be very larger and know what it takes to lose the extra dead weight that hands on from every bit of the body.

Look forward to posting again and hearing from you all.

I have a 103mile cycle August the 30th, so in training for that.
:-)

Now time to swill in shower and head to work for 9am

Lunch time at 2pm
*Get changed at work and go for a 4 miles jog to get the heart pumping again.

Finish work at 5.30pm
*Straight to the gym for a class at 6.15pm (Body pump, hour of cardio and weight training)
*Finish this class and go straight into SPIN/RPM (on the static bikes with high resistange for strength and cardio training.
* Go and finish off with light exercise on the cross trainer.

Progress Pics and Goal changed by 10 kg :-)

Wednesday, March 13, 2013

Hello all fellow sparkies.. Hope you are all doing well and feeling energetic today.

My update pics look like im a right poser, but i really am not.. honest.. :-).

Just easier to see my body change this way.. so dont judge on my flabby skin :-(

I started at 155 kgs and had a first target of 95kg, as of today im 104.5 kg so found i was a little bit close to goal with still plenty of weight i wish to lose.. So ive re-assessed and decided my new goal is now 83.4kg.. this will be my total overall goal i believe and will keep me focused as going to be hard to reach.

I have lost 51kg almost and have 21kg to go to reach my goal.. My aim is to get to 94kg by the end of this month and i think this is very much possible as i expect to be 99kg come Monday..

RIght less waffling and the pics are below..

Very similar images, all taken last night.. before got into bed.. Should really have tried to do some weights to pump up a little but really not that fussed. Just want to look less fat and look athletic again.

THanks

Phippsi

    You are doing so amazing.

I think re-asses your goal is a good idea, it never does to fixate on a number, if you lose the fat and gain muscle and the number isn't "what you wanted" then, well, un-good.

I'm glad you are open to re-asses what you need to do.

Keep it up!

Amazing progress! I've also re-evaluated my final goal weight. I used to think 165lbs (75kg I think:) ) but now that I am almost there I can see I have a little farther to go. I guess it just comes down to where you feel comfortable and healthy at. Keep rockin' the progress! emoticon emoticon

Progress report :-)

Thursday, February 21, 2013

Hello all, 08.46 am here in -1 conditions in Birmingham, England but im full of positivity.

I have now been on SPark for 6 months come 3rd of March. I am very pleased to say in that time i have managed to shed 103 lbs, i only have 41 to go to reach my overall goal.

I have kept up my insane exercise regime as i love every bit of it....even when it hurts and burns..

I started this journey at a scary 24stone 4 lbs and today i register in at 16stone.11lbs which is still a fair distance from my target of 14 stone but i can see it in the distance now.

I know even when my healthy lifestyle enables me to reach my weight loss goal (to get to 14stone) its only the very first part of my journey. Im under no illuision that jobs done when i get their as the rest of my life is journey.

I like to think that if i can and am doing it anyone can, their no excuses as that is all they are excuses.

I have major issues with the fact my Thyroid gland no longer works and im on medication to assist with this (i understand that its different here and medical care in many places is expensive and can not be afforded so this can hold people back, which i feel bad about).

2stone 11lbs to go and i will be back to a weight i was last at when i was 14/15 years old and a weight lifter. Seems unreal.

Well if anyone has any questions or wants and help or guidance im more than willing to help and assist in anyway possible, if its diet, exercise. ect.. i am here.

Well just a brief update and i will write my next pest when i drop below 16 stone :-)
