I am back

I have been gone a couple years and gained 50 back. I need to get motivated and moving again. I just snack away crazy just need to stick something in my mouth and it is the wrong thing. I know BETTER. With my job I just sit most of the time and so overwhelmed with changes in requirements exhausted at night.

So I am back and ready to start and need the support of my friends.

Trying to update

I have been so busy at work, and my treadmill still needs a belt, but it is summer and there is plenty of yard exercise. I try to mow some by pushing a mower but it is hard to mow over an acre with a push mower. I help my 80 yr old neighbor out. She is a gem and a good support. I have continued to lose a pound or so a week, keep drinking the water. I am feeling better and the other day the first person said wow you have lost a lot a weight. I tell everyone about spark people. Power of the Spark

I got the new belt on the machine, I tried walking out side and I think I pushed myself a little too hard, pulled a muscle. I will take it easy for a little while. then learn to stretch first. emoticon

My treadmill through a belt, now I need to get out side and start with yard work and walking,
I can still use it but the belt comes off. I have ordered a new one a week to get here. I may need some push now. emoticon

This week I managed to lose a little over a pound, but I did not gain. I was not able to get on with exercise, this upper respitory has taken all out of me. And some evenings I went looking for something to snack on while staying up late for March Madness.
waiting for the weather to warm to get out side and do somethings. emoticon
