Changes

In the past couple of weeks here are a few changes besides weight loss I've noticed.

Pop now gives me heartburn
I crave water to drink instead.
I started off sleeping well, now not so much =( So, I'm tired a lot again
I feel muscles that I forgot to use before so now they have a little soreness but it's tolerable
I am enjoying exercising sometimes
I'm eating better portions of food

So yeah some of the changes are good and some are not as good but it's ok, all this will change again. I'm sure. All in all I'm happy with the changes (except sleep one)

This one thing that is bothering me. First off I eat food just like the rest of the world. The only thing so far that has changed, is I am watching my portions and eating slower. I'm also exercising a lot more than I have in the past years. None of this bothers me. I do however have to keep adjusting my nutrition intake as I exercise. This is where I get stuck. How do I keep eating more food than I normally would so I stay feeling full, and not feeling my stomach churn and growl for food? Yes I know fiber etc.. but it seems I'll be eating constantly all the time to keep up my nutrients so I don't starve myself. My options I see

Don't work out so much...
- The problem with that is even doing 30 minutes of exercise, doesn't always end and I don't always want to stop.

Change my menu ....
- This is the hardest because of my boyfriend. He doesn't like to try new foods it seems and he doesn't need to loose weight so it's hard for him to want to change the routine.

So, here is my problem just making the nutrition part to balance out my workout.

Since, I can't get to a gym or afford a gym. I have taken my tax refund, and added to my workout at home. The best thing I think that Nintendo ever did was make the Wii. Not only does it have Wii Fit and Wii Fit plus, it has other discs for users to purchase and workout with. Wii Sports has a fitness area and helps train you. There is Wii Active, which I purchased today, this is pretty awesome so far, it tells you your time, and calories burned and it keeps track of your movements. Your shape is also interesting. It actually uses a web cam type device to track you and scan you and watch you, so it doesn't need the balance board or the controllers to watch your movements. So, I have those except wii fit plus which I'm hoping the "Easter bunny" delivers to my parents house. So, I have a huge variety now to do work outs and with out equipment other then the Wii which of course I already had. So emoticon

How lovely it is. It's beautiful outside today, and it's sunny. What is the problem with that? My stomach isn't agreeing with me today. It feels like it's in knots and a brick is in there. Not to mention congestion. I have no exercises scheduled for today, which is good but I still might push myself for a walk outside.

I have no idea what I did to notice but today, I noticed my glutes are starting to feel firmer. yup you heard me my butt muscles are starting to feel firmer. I have already noticed my biceps and triceps as well. I can't wait until I start noticing other muscles getting toner and more weight coming off. well fat If I get muscles on top of that I will be happy as well. Now that I'm seeing results like this I feel more confident in that I'm doing the right thing. I know in 2 weeks it's not a lot but it a little and enough that I notice and that I can't wait for more. Just think in a year I'll be a whole new me.
