Since January 1st 2012 I have lost 9 lbs, my size 16 pants are falling down so I have to use a belt. I'm eating better, for the most part, I'm not going back for seconds. I've cut down on pop since Ash Wednesday (not very long yet ) and I'm not really craving any. I am not allowed to have pop until I get 8 cups of water in me first. Which by then I don't want pop but water sounds good by then. I'm getting to gym, I'm sleeping better (thanks to prescription meds) but I only take when I need to sleep and have to get up for work, if I am not working then next day or don't have to get up early for work I don't take them. I didn't even realize it but I had fish 3 x this week (left overs and another completely different meal) Spark recipes too. Which was my meat this week, no red meat. I have a long ways to go but I'm very happy where the progress is leading, and with this weeks results, I have renewed faith that I can do it.
