I know that some of my good friends had a good year, while others like myself didn't, have the best of the year.
My weightloss goal was a fail. I maintained, gained and at one time lost at least 10 only to gain it, when I found out I was pregnant. Losing the baby or babies as it were, I have yet to even begin thinking of losing the weight once again. Mostly because the holiday's came but now that they are gone I plan once again to work on it, a healthy lifestyle.
Today I am relaxing and not doing a lot of anything, tomorrow and Thursday, it is putting my apartment back together and start the end of 2011 with a clean slate to start 2012.

I went tonight to the Roller dome tonight. I'm so glad I did. I made it around 16 x which is about 6.4 miles of skating tonight! I kept a decent pace, and didn't stop to rest much. I can't wait to get back out again, and skate some more.

I'm working on day 3 of starting over. How many times can one start over? Tonight I'm making lasagna and having friends over, a little Friendsgiving before Thanksgiving. I've not done 100% well with the food department, but I've gotten in exercise the past 2 days. Along with water.

Wow, didn't expect to be back so soon to Sparkpeople. At least not in this capacity. On sept 19th I found out I was pregnant, and so that was going to be changing my lifestyle bit. It was of course a good thing. However as long as that high lasted, the low came a bit quick. I lost the baby or even possibility of babies, there was a chance of multiples. On Friday I had a D&C I am not heading right into exercise, and healthy eating, just yet. comfort foods are my best friend. I'll be there soon enough, but right now I'm doing what I can to get by every day.
I did try going out on a walk with my boyfriend yesterday, I had to turn back soon enough due to some pain.

It's been a while since I used Sparkpeople. It's been even longer since I did anything to help with a healthy lifestyle. However over the summer, I have managed do not gain, but maintain and or lose some weight. I've dropped below 190 again, and I'm working on a small goal of 180 by mid Oct. I can't expect miracles but I can expect results.
Today I turned 32 and I'm starting with today as my new start day. I had considered deleting this profile, but I have so many favorites saved that I can't do that. I did go back to fast break goals and I am going to do MY very BEST!!
Tonight will be a bit hard, my boyfriend and some friends are taking me to Kobe a japanise restaurant at least there are a lot food I'll eat, and healthy too.
I exercised today I only did 10 minutes aerobic exercise on the wii fit. I was planing on doing more, but my batteries ran out. I will have to pick some up.
Back to basic's is what I'm doing and I have a new refresh attitude to do so.
