Still feeling successful

It's been a couple of day's since I found out I weighed myself, but I'm still feeling rather successful.

Losing 6lbs might not seem a lot to some people, but for me it feels like I did something. I might struggle with the work/sleep/eat and workout combo but I'll figure it out at some point. I must be doing something right because I lost 6lbs.

On another note, I just joined google+ and if anyone who reads this, and is on it, and wants others in their circle, that might possibly be of something we have in common, sparkepeople, or roller derby, geocaching, or what ever I'm open, I love having new people with support. Let me know and I'll send you the info.

I don't weigh myself to often, mostly out of fear, and it sometimes just hinders me. Today though I thought I should weigh the cat, which meant I had to weigh myself. I lost 6lbs since the last time, I remember entering it on here. So I've been pretty motivated today to do something about it, except for the fact that I ended up going home sick from work so since I'm ill exercising or doing much of anything but updating wasn't going to be happening. Anyway tomorrow will be a brand new day and I'll start fresh and hopefully feel better.

Yesterday I joined some friends and did the pedal pub races. Before you go thinking pedal pub?? We didn't go riding around town drinking and biking. We basically biked in a relay fashion to the end of the block dismounted, and mounted another one, and raced back. All this was basically under a minute. We did this 2x. It was a lot of fun. According to my friend this earned her an activity point from weight watchers. There was 10 of us, on the pedal pub. It was hilarious to do and a lot of fun.

Cardio Trainer

Anyone out there using Cardio Trainer on their smart phones? I'm using it , it reminds me to do workouts, and to record food. Even has a reminder for a weigh in. Today, I took it and started it on my bike ride. It was able to calculate between my breaks, the hills I biked etc.. and my speed so it seems to be able to give good information on my ride. What else is nice, is that it gives me updates and talks to me. I'll continue to use it and see how well it works out. If you are using it, what do you think? I'm using Cardio trainer plus.

I'm starting over again. I've decided to just reset all goals and switched back to fast break. I think that is the boast I need.
