I had to buy a new pair of shoes. I found a pair, of Nike's for a good price. which shocked me. They give me the support my poditrist said, for my feet and my ankles. They also feel comfortable. Hopefully, now I'll do better with my feet since they are the only 2 I have and I need them to walk, workout and maybe someday run.

Today, a lot of obstacles got in the way. So, on the way from work I thought to myself I'll skip my workout tonight I just am not in the mood. I was also in the mood for Spaghetti. So, I made that and watched last nights LOST on Tivo. Afterwards, I decided to watch Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs. At this point I thought oh why not just do 30 minutes on the Wii free step while watching. The whole time I kept thinking why did I do 30 minutes and not just 10. It felt like the longest 30 minutes of tonight. Oh also while I was at it I did the strength training that was made for me on from Spark people. After I added that in I saw I was short calories burned. I threw in Wii Sports and did the fitness part, and the training for a while. Before I knew it I was having fun, with Wii sports.

So despite the fact that I didn't want to exercises at all and that I didn't have the motivation today, I made it and to top it all off. I had enough in my nutrional part to have 4 thin mints. ( I even have enough to spare ) I am proud of myself tonight and I'm proud of myself for doing well with the cookies in the house and only having them if I can, and don't have to worry about going over in calories, fat or carbs.

What is wrong with me? The last couple of evenings I've been beyond irritated. Everything, from the volume of the TV. Hearing the TV and hearing my boyfriends computer watching, some video. I can't concintrate or work on a single thing. I want to scream run, and do anything as long as it is in silence. I'm sure this is a sign I need a med change but yeah that costs money. Co pays a pain the butt.

I'm begining to enjoy exercising. I can't actually believe myself but between the wii fit and videos on here and the strengthening from here as well. I actually want to exercise. Plus I want to keep doing it when I am bored and not doing much of anything else.

went on a walk today. It was a little over 3 miles =) Between cleaning and walking today I did pretty well with calories. Also with eating I've done well. I just need to figure out a balance so I can still take in my calories and my fat where they are taken care of and with in range together.
