So, I started my new job this week. I'm exhausted, basically to the point that exercising after work is next to impossible. Exercising before work is even more impossible. I refuse to work out at 3am in the morning and risk waking up the neighbor downstairs. I work at 5am so yeah just getting out of bed about 4am is hard enough. My body is just getting use to working, and my feet hate me. The shoes I have to wear are not comfortable. I can't seem to win on that, if I wear my orthotics, I pretty much have blisters on the side of my feet. If I don't wear them, I have arch issues by the end of the 8 hours. My feet hurt. They are finally getting use to working, because today they didn't hurt as much as they had the last 3 days. So no exercise the last few days. I have however been wearing my pedometer.
I guess my day's off are the day's I will do exercise, and go from there. I won't have consistency until I get my consistent schedule.
