When it comes to allergies I have a tendency to suffer to the point where my life is turned upside down and inside out.

Every couple of years my allergies end up turning into a cough, and that cough lasts weeks/months and never goes away until the first real frost and the ground is frozen. Thank God for living in Minnesota it happens earlier than it would if ever in southern state. Anyway, it is almost 1am and I tried going to bed at 9pm. However as I relaxed my cough would come full force and nothing I could do, about it. No cough medicine would work and my allergy meds only help for a little while.

I hope that I can make myself so exhausted, that I will pass out, and not allow the cough get in the way.

I don't look it, but I feel it. I also just don't feel like I will ever lose the weight, get into exercise enough that it makes a difference. I keep trying but I just don't feel it.

A few months ago, I felt skinny, now I don't know anymore. I'm lucky to get 5,000 steps in a day, even when I'm running my butt off at work, I don't get 10,000 steps in.

Maybe it's just my mood lately, and my allergies don't help one bit.

I'm being such a Debby downer.

    Debby Downer is a common occurrence. The key word you used is "trying". Keep on trying, don't give up, be persistent and you will beat Debby Downer. One day at a time...

    Don't give up, just keep going 1 day at a time. We can't give up food can not win IT IS JUST FOOD!! emoticon Just get yourself to do 10 minutes of exercise a day and add on as you feel ready. Don't worry about the steps, just move every bit helps. emoticon

I'm feeling a bit better today. Still not completely motivated because I don't have the TV to exercise and I hate exercising with D being home. Plus my friend Anddi is here. I had to go pick her up and downtown Minneapolis sucks so much during the day that I swear I was going to pull all my hair out. it wouldn't be so bad, but other pieces got in the way and she wasn't able to be outside waiting for me, when I got there. I've got more than half my water in at the moment.

We do have Jeer leading practice today. I don't have a clue how much I'll have of exercise in that but any is better than nothing.


Can I give up ?? Please?

    Oh man, I know how that feels. Don't give up though! Every tiny step is a step in the right direction. Think of how awesome you will feel WHEN you reach your goals! If you keep at it you WILL get there.

I swear someday's are just harder than some to complete tasks that need to be done.

Instead of doing dishes today, I decided my time would be better spent exercising. Well, it is important but was it something I had to do right there and then? Probably not. Straightening up as well, could be done. IDK I just have no motivation to clean but I did manage to get myself exercising instead.

This afternoon, we went grocery shopping, picked up a nice squash, and some apples. I'm going to make Apple Crisp this week yes I am. Spark Recipes here I am come.

Now if only I could teach the cat to wash the dishes.

  I think you have enough encouragment for us both. You have a sense of humor and seem to have your priorities straight. I do exercise in between work. I have weights on each floor and do squats or arm exercises throughout the day so I get both done. I just record the exercise and keep it moving! emoticon
