Day 2 Goals

My Goals that I must work on for the next 2 weeks.
~Lose 2-4lbs.
~Stay away from Pop if I have to have one; drink diet.
~ Exercise for 30 minutes a day don't fret on how many calories you burned. Just exercise.


On a side note, I'm watching a marathon of one of my favorite shows. Warehouse 13. On the last episode one of the character was undercover as a supermodel. Anyway she was wearing this gorgeous dress. I mentioned I would love to look like that. (ok the actress is average she is no supermodel but the dress was very flattering on her that she looked wonderful) so D says to me. "you are" awww I felt great after that. What a wonderful boyfriend. emoticon

    Great goals to get you going again - but I wouldn't even focus on the 2-4 pounds - focus on moving some and eating better (the diet soda) and the pounds will follow.

And you do have a great guy there! Hang on to him!

Day 1 Starting over!!!

I'm staring over today. Once again I end up having to do so. I've gained so much weight back, I'm so disappointed in myself. I've taken away my awards or trophys of lbs lost because I don't deserve them at the moment. I'll get them back eventually but right now they are gone. So, here It is I starting my goals over to loose 2 lbs a week on average and hopefully by June I'll be an ideal weight!

    I am also starting new. I gave myself small goals, One day at a time. Today my goal is drink my water, get in my steps and NO CANDY!!!!! If I don't get a handle on this now with the holidays soon upon us I will be sunk. Good luck you know I am here for support. emoticon

Portion sizes

I hate measuring everything out. It makes you feel like you're not eating enough especially when it's on a plate that is large. So, I went to the storage unit and grabed my plates and bowls that are smaller probably the recommended 9 inches instead of the 12-15 inches that plates tend to come in now. The dishes I have can't go in the microwave, due to little metal on the edges but that is fine. They are also not recommended for dishwashers but I don't have one of those. So, this way I don't have to measure out but oz's or grams I can just kind of have my meal on this plate if it doesn't fit then it I probably don't need as much of something or not.

I tried it today, I had my cousin over and we used the bowls but they are not deep bowls for the pasta and I had it filled and I thought it was enough, I was full by the time I finished. Now I know that if I had it on the larger Corel plates I would have put a lot more pasta on that plate and probably ate too much. I'm now a true believer in what you see on your "full" dish helps control your portions or not if you use a larger dish.

Just 10

I'm going to work on something and do the just 10 with Dr. OZ My goal is just to loose the first 10lbs off again. I put in the order for the free just 10 bracelet to have a visual reminder on my person at all times.

When life gets in away

I woke up today. My muscles on the upper half of my back decided to be a big kink in my back. Literally. So the plan to exercise has been put to a big giant HALT! I can't even do much of anything today. Taking a shower was a chore in itself. I hope that all is that tomorrow will be better, because I sure don't want to have to call in sick tomorrow over my back. So life got in the way, dishes, laundry need to be done and I can't do any of it.
