went on a walk today. It was a little over 3 miles =) Between cleaning and walking today I did pretty well with calories. Also with eating I've done well. I just need to figure out a balance so I can still take in my calories and my fat where they are taken care of and with in range together.

It was beautiful today. I went to Como and saw animals and just walked around. I ended up taking my zip up sweatshirt off and walked around in my short sleeve shirt. It was beautiful and just wonderful to be outside doing something productive.

It's not a very good motivator for me. In fact in some cases it makes me feel worse about myself. If I go over or even if I go under it makes me feel like I failed. I know I've only been at this for a couple of days (this time around) but I can't seem to get it right. I don't have anything for measuring here yet, and I'm constantly hungry because serving sizes are so small or smaller than what I'm use to. I always want to munch on something but even that will add up. I have to keep at this but it is also easy for me to want to just give up and move on to something else. emoticon

Today, was going to be hard, I had to work, Derek had the day off. Which meant when would I find the time to work out on the wii fit? Well, after dinner, he asked me if I was going to do my workout? That was almost just what I needed, an ok to do something and take up the TV for an hour. So I did a 31 minute work out, of strength and yoga on the wii fit. Sadly I'm bored with this and at the moment don't have the funds to get the new wii fit plus it was hinted that I would get it for Easter. Even though Easter isn't exactly close enough for me to want to wait I will unless I'm told otherwise. Now, I'm going to relax and enjoy the movie Derek put on for the night and just be glad I feel better that I did do my work out.
