ANSWER: more weight loss

I've been so busy cleaning and organizing that exercise hasn't been regular other than cleaning, moving boxes, organizing and just plan old walking around. However I've exaggerated those movements when possible and safely. I don't think moving heavy boxes and not doing it correctly would be a good idea; but that is just me. In any case, it has worked out well. Yesterday, I noticed another pair of jeans not fitting as tight and more loose. Plus being so busy with the fact that oh I don't know I forgot my weigh in on Friday. So I did it today, I'll get back to it on Friday. I lost 2 more LBS so what I did has paid off. I've lost a total of 26 lbs and I couldn't be prouder. Eventually I'll be comfortable to use the weight from when I started to my goal on my ticker instead of just how many lbs I lost. (I feel to exposed if I do it now still)

    Way to go! I switched my ticker to the actual weight number, not pounds loss at about 30 pounds - I'm no longer afraid of what I weigh and at your pace, you'll be there soon enough! Keep up the great work!

Pedometer

I lost my pedometer today =( I know I had it when I left the house, but at some point during the day, ( I went a lot of places) it went missing. I need a new one, but an affordable one that works well.

    I bought mine off amazon for $16.99. I love that it stores data for 7 days so if I can't enter steps one day, I don't have to worry about remembering the number. It also tracks how many steps are at regular pace and how many are at a moderate (aerobic) pace. It's an OMRON. I love it!

    That is the worst!! I hate when that happens. I have found some at CVS that are inexpensive and work well. I have to admit that HealthPartners 10,000 steps pedometers are my favorite and worth the twenty bucks. Now I just use my BodyBugg so no more worries about dropping it the toilet.

Tired of just being tired

I'm tired of sleeping so much. I want to sleep, because I'm tired. I'm always tired but it's not always tired from my lack of sleep, my body is always tired. I called my Psychiatric Dr.'s office for a med change or something. but he left the office so I'm back to square 1. New patient and the earliest they can get me in is November 1. So, I don't know what I am going to be doing. about it all. I can't afford my health insurance this month, I'm overdrawn. I need a job so bad but I can't even get a job interview for the life of me. I'm going to have to keep on trying that is my only choice.

    Don't give up. Keep working toward your goals and the rest will eventually fall into place. I know things can get you down and sleep may seem a good escape, but it is not always the best answer. Maybe you can find another way to escape, like going for a walk, or visiting someone alone, or walking dogs for the pound. Anything to get yourself moving forward. There is lots you can do and volunteer work often helps to connect to job chances. People you meet that way can often help you find a connection to work. Just don't give up. You are doing great!

Clean up Clean up everybody clean up

Yep after napping to long today, I did manage to get a lot of cleaning done. At least enough where I'm not running into box after box. I dropped Ricky off at the airport today, that is all I accomplished today. Tomorrow is the dishes Ick and laundry, vacuum and babysit. There never is enough time in a day but I'll have to get all that in and a workout.

It's been chilly today it was hard to believe it's spring it felt like earlier spring like March. I blew up my therapy ball so I can start those type of exercises now. That will be nice the cat has wondered what this ball is good thing he has no claws.

When I was cleaning, I would do a squats or lunges D kept looking at me strangely since I was exaggerating my movements so I could get a little exercise in. What ever works.

    Keep up the good work! I love that song about "Clean up...." it makes me feel if I run around and do something for 10 mins at a time, I can get something valuable done. Better than not doing anything at all. :) Best wishes for a great day tomorrow.
