This week, I'm going to work on my quality of sleep. I've lately fallen into staying up to late and napping during the day even if I slept in late. So, this week bedtime 10pm no later and up between 5:30-7. My body tends to wake up around 5:30 for a little bit and it gets to me. So instead of it getting to me, I'm going to make the most of it. I'll read devotions, eat breakfast exercise. If come the afternoon and I need a nap no longer than 45 minutes will be allowed. Since I don't have a job at the moment this is a goal I feel can be done.
I can officially start this today because I got up at 5:45am because I used the facilities and I was hungry, and thirsty. I ate pancakes and 2 cups of water. I even took a picture of dawn as the sun rose in the East.
If I sleep through such a beautiful, and peaceful part of the day one can't be inspired. Especially if it's my sparkpage moto It's a Brand new Day!
