what I need to do to stop bingine eating

I don't binge to much. (That's a lie) I hate ice cream (that's a lie) ok, so now that we all know I am human, I need steps I need to follow so I don't sur and eat. Boredom is my main problem, and that comes mostly at work. When I closer, and I have sweets and bagels right in front of me. So what is there that I can do, so I'm not as bored.

Go for a walk
drink water
shut outside and enjoy the evening
read
Wedding plan
play online or mobile games
go to bed.

Not all of these work, but at least they are things to try

    Right now I am staying away from favorite place that has cheese dip cause like a junkie that's out of control. I did that with Pizza until leared portion control. Made healthier alternative of having Mexican, so can be good.

Talk yourself out of it if you can. Think how it's going make you feel afterwards. Maybe chit chat with someone would help. Go do some cleaning of some sorts is another thought.

    sounds like you have a great plan set in place. I have been a server in the past and I know the temptations you face. To simply eat something there instead of packing a lunch or going home and standing in front of the stove after you already stood all day. I suggest packing lunches and pre-making meals that you can just heat up in the oven or microwave after you get home on your one or two precious days off. I know, I don't want to do much on my days of either, but if I don't have those things ready already I go for the easy, already ready to eat- not as healthy foods.

    It sounds like you pre-ordered the book and you received it today. That comes with 3 months of the SparkCoach. You can ask them questions once a week and you may want to ask the exercise question you have. I am very impressed by their answers when I e-mail my questions. I thought I would know what they would say but I have been pleasantly surprised by all the new information they presented to me.

Of course they can only guide us and it is ultimately up to us. I should get my book any day in the mail. I am not going to look at what they say as set in stone but modify it to me. They are writing to millions and everyone's situation is different. Good Luck!

    If you are on your feet all day.. you might escape not doing much or any exercise and just eating controlled portions. If you don't lose the first week.. without exercise, prob. just add 15 mins to a half hour of exercise in at night after you've given yourself a good hour to rest up from work. Good luck :-)

    Hey, I found your blogs through the brides 2014 page. you should come spend some time with us on the page and tell us about your wedding. BTW- you are so brave for doing a video blog- give yourself credit for that. How is the gym going? You should do a blog telling more about this gym pact thingy and where we could find it. Not having to pay sounds like it could be very motivating. Is it just through your gym or something else?

    thanks for video. feeling unattractive is like a seasonal pollen allergy. it kicks up when the weather is most beautiful & in bloom. Sometimes I believe the mood is just one more subtler (food/fitness) sabotage and has to be unmasked like my binge monster.
