I would fluctuate between 164 and 162 for the last few months. Wednesday I was 161.2. Not bad after I ate out a lot last week due to my birthday. I hit the scale the next day and was still reading 161.2. I really like the new scale I got by HoMedics. It measures water content, body fat, & weight. I think I have more body fat than the scale is registering. I think I'm betweem 12 to 15%. My painful corns haven't been that bad lately. Still painful but not enough to immobilize me. I'm averaging about 15,000 steps a day. I plan on hitting spin class tomorrow again. I do know that I took spin class four times in 8 days so I'm sure that extra cardio contributed to the weight loss. I have been slacking on boxing class. I don't think jumping rope would really help my toes too much. I can still work out on the bags and do some ab work.
