Like everyone, I lack motivation, but I read an article on here a couple of days ago and it basically said "start small, you can't go from being a couch potato to running a marathon in a week" and that makes sense, so I have vowed to take a walk every day on my lunch. It takes about 10-15 minutes, it gets me outside, which is a stress buster in itself and it makes me feel as though I have done some excercise each day, just that short walk. I also reserved a couple of excercise videos from the library, for free. So that's what I'm going to try, some small steps that will hopefully reap greater rewards. Wish me luck.
