The tracker says if I jog 73 minutes I burn less calories than doing the Elliptical 60 minutes.
To me it doesn't make sense.
It is a LOT harder to jog. I really feel it. I have to jog up the widow Maker hill to get home.
The Elliptical is easy.
Jogging was 333 calories
Elliptical a little over 600.
The calorie thing on the elliptical says it is 700 calories.
that can't be right. First of all the Elliptical does not know how much I weigh.
I figure if i sweat a lot, get winded a little, and tired. That is a good indication that I burned a good amount of calories. I think the time and intensity is what counts.
Any thoughts on this?
