I tried tracking my route I jogged, but couldn't get it right as i backtrack over a couple streets.
My pedometer said I went 3 miles.
from what I could track on the Sparkpeople Fitness page it was a little over 2 miles, but as I said, a couple streets were missing.
Any suggestions on how i could get the route milage tracker to track my whole route?
What would be more accurate, my pedometer or the thing on this site?
I have a clip on , round, OMRON Pedometer. i always thought it seemed accurate, I had tested it long ago driving the route. Car is in garage can't check it that way.
