Does being tired make you want to eat more.?
it does to me. It seems better to take a nap than eat if I have the time to nap.

    When I'm tired, it's hard to find the mental energy to make good choices. And forget finding the physical energy to prepare healthy meals. It's pizza time!

Sometimes I eat or read when eating. I try not but sometimes I do.
What do you do. Do you avoid distractions when eating?
I rather liten to music.
Do you think it makes a difference/ All my food is pre measured out, so I only am going to eat what I have on my plate.

    I've done the eating while watching TV, reading, working on the computer or listening to music and I usually am 'starving' afterwards because it somehow fails to register that I've eatten.

So now I step away from the computer, turn off the TV and put away the books and focus on my meal or snack sitting at the table.

    For me, eating while watching TV causes me to not really appreciate what I'm eating. When I practice "mindful eating" I enjoy my food more and I'm satisfied with less. emoticon

Do you drink tap water or bottled water or both.

Mostly I drink tap water and just refill bottles with tap water.

    i do both but i usually do the same as u and i do have a water bottle that i take everywhere with me and freeze the water

    I'm very anti bottled water. We have a filter at home. I fill a 1/2 gallon Coleman jug with ice water and take it with me. I have an insulated glass on my desk that I refill all day.

The only time I buy water is when we go to the beach. We buy the 2.5 gallon jug and put it in the fridge to refill our water bottles.

for me, bottled water is a waste of money and resources. Most of it is just tap water anyway.

    I have a Brita filter. I put the filtered water in a reusable stainless steel water bottle, which is easy to clean. The water tastes great, it saves me money, and helps the environment.

    I drink bottled water most times , I at times refill from tap,& get it ice cold.However I can drink more water at room temperature than cold water We have filtered water from tap.

  I usually have water from the ice maker/water spout on the fridge. We did buy a case of water couple weeks ago because we would be outside in 100+ degree temps. Frankly, I couldn't tell the difference. I also fill water bottles about half full and set them at an angle in the freezer. Fill with water when I want one and between the ice and the coozie it will stay cold for a long time.

    Love a really good lemon merigne and I like it tart so cut calories by cutting sugar more than most...a light graham cracker crust is better than a traditional pie crust as far as calories especially if you make a graham cracker crust using the fat-free graham crackers and cut back butter or margirine to just hold crust together...

Also like a sweet potato or pumpkin pie make crust free....saves huge calories with no crust and still has all the traditional flavors...

    My favorite pie is french silk from Village Inn. There is no low-cal version of it that I know of though, so it's only a once a year thing. (Usually XMAS or TG)

Sorry, but all my favorite pies - apple crumb, pecan, chocolate cream - are nowhere near low cal. Lucky for me, I'm a snob when it comes to pies and I really only like my own. So I'm not tempted when I see them in stores or as a dessert at someone's house. And I have to REALLY want one to go to all the trouble of making it.

I did have a recipe for a WW key lime pie made with sugar-free jello, yogurt, and (I think) Cool Whip. It was put into a graham cracker crust, which adds some calories, but it was really good and very refreshing in the summer. If I find the recipe, I'll send you a comment on your SparkPage.

    Lately I have been setting mini goals 10# at a time, also daily goals for minimal exercise and healthy food choices!

    Actually, I have a hard time setting goals at all - I tend to look at this things as one whole big picture, and my main goal is to get healthier. Maybe I would do better, progress faster, if I measured in baby steps. I may try that.
