Does coffee raise blood pressure?
years ago i went to a Gym for a while. i liked the machines.
but i rather use my machines or go outside for a bike ride or walk.
Hoping to be able to jog soon.
I have been taking my bust/waist/hips since Feb.
I keep a written account of them. I lost 16 inches in waist since Feb.
Do you track your vitamins/suppliments?
i started tracking some like Fish Oil, Flax Oil, and calcium/magnesium/potassium that the label has calories and/or fat.
What is bad about diet soda?
