    Find weighing serving sizes more accurate than measuring cups or spoons which can differ greatly!

    I purchased a scale just for that purpose. Helps me on portion control and accuracy on the calories.

    I am still pretty new to this whole diet thing, so I measure and weigh everything that goes in my mouth. Hopefully, I will be able to eyeball somethings soon, but right now I want to be sure.

    I do at home most of the time except for things I'm pretty sure about. I learned early on that my estimation of portion size was not a good way to go. emoticon

    I do... sometimes. Sometimes I eyeball it, if I have a good idea of what is what for that particular food. I am getting religious about weighing meat because that can be difficult to judge.

    I take the one a day womens- weight smart. I suffered an injury limiting my exercise around the same time as I started taking it so I cannot say for sure how well it works. Here's what the box says...
