Weigh-In Day was yesterday

I had a really great week and it showed on the the scale. A loss of 1.8, down to 211. My monster showed up Thursday and was basically gone by weigh-in time on Sunday. I took my vitamin B-stress complex all week. I did not meditate and have decided to return my new meditation CD and listen to relaxation music via a cable channel instead, it's free and I love the music. I did research on BMR this week through SP and decided to make a spreadsheet to keep track of my calories consumed versus calories burned. I WILL finish this and I WILL lose this fat off of my body. I am positive of this because I work hard and stay on plan.

    This is inspirational! I lost 3 pounds, and I put 4 pounds back on. Your entry reminds me of how serious it is to prioritize!

Well, my son really stressed me out this week and it showed on the the scale. A loss of only .4, down to 212.8.....I guess that it's better than a gain. Next week my monster should be here. I know that the weight will come off. I WILL do this. I took some family pics for the first time in years last night and I was so comforatble with it. They turned out really good. I don't look mammoth-sized anymore. I took my vitamin B-stress complex all week. I did not meditate once.

New things that I'm trying:
as of today, I will be trying a meditation cd to help keep my positive attitude going

I am making it a new goal to post to my blog at least once a week. Well today's weigh-in was unexpected...a loss of 2.4 pounds. YAY me! I realized today that I'm only 11.1 pounds away from my "halfway" point, 50% of the way done. Then it's all down hill from there. I'm so excited and proud of myself. For the most part it's been really easy but the past couple months have been trying, that's putting it mildly. I'm positive that with the last two weeks going smooth, like they used to in the beginning, that my body has realized that I am in charge! LOL!

Exciting news:
my sister is supposed to start SP today! YAY!

New things that I'm trying:
as of today, I started taking a vitamin B-stress complex

YAY for April! April who happens to be the #1 DIVA called today. She lost 6.5 pounds this week! I'm so proud of her! We're supposed to hook up tomorrow. I'm so excited to see her. She's lost over 20 pounds since I saw her last May and I think that I've lost another 16 more pounds since I saw her last. I got my planned cardio in, ate within all my ranges, and will have my 20 glasses of water downed before I get home tonight. G'nite!

Today I created my SparkPeople webpage and this is my first journal entry. I will try to write daily. So far today's been a great day. Nothing eventful or out of the ordinary. I might meet up with a good friend, April, later on today. I'm on my way home now to work-out and eat my lunch. I'm going to an appointment later today at a gym to see what they can offer in the way of a membership. I really want to swim in an indoor pool. I don't enjoy getting roasted like I did a week and a half ago. I'm still peeling from that. YUCK!
