I've been an enthusiastic Sparkperson for about two years now and have stayed at my goal weight for over a year. My whole lifestyle is much different now. I never liked to drink water, but I now make sure I get 8 glasses every day. I still Jazzercise three times a week, but have added a 30 minute walk on the days I don't Jazzercise. I used to wear size 10, but now wear size 6, even in jeans. I've lost inches everywhere and am much more fit and able to do more than I did before I started Sparkpeople. There's something about keeping a record of what I eat and how much I exercise that really keeps me on track. It's great to set a goal, work toward it and reach it, but it's even better to know I'll never "go on a diet" again.
