I love the beginning of a new month because it is almost like you can rip the page off and get a fresh start.
Tomorrow after Church I am going to look at some vegetables and fruits that I usually don't buy.
I am going back to one of my favorites, boiled vegetables for lunch. I put an ounce of feta cheese on them so that I have some protein.
I am going to try to have a larger breakfast. I just read the article that if you eat 500 calories for breakfast you lose more weight. That is one of my problems. I eat such low calorie lunch and dinners that I have too many left over at he end of the day so I use them up on wine and crackers and popcorn. It would be better I think to use them up for breakfast.
