I am just going to pick up my daughter Jenn at the airport and she is visiting with us in Florida until we all drive up to NY at the end of May.
While she is here, I want to work harder on my exercise and writing (in my notebook) every morsel that passes my lips.
When I use my food tracker, I usually put in chicken and don't inlude the bread crumbs that are on the chicken. Maybe it is all of these little things that I am leaving off that is really making my calories a lot higher than I think.
I want to be 164 by June 1st. I have been writing this # down for a long time (along with 159).
I want to get off this plateau and get to a lower one.
