Today I decided to make stepping goals for myself. I want to have 5000 steps in by lunch time.
After I have been sitting for a while I am getting up and walking around the house. I even went outside and walked around the cul de sac.
I want to have 8000 steps by dinnertime and then I will get the other 2000 in after dinner.
So now I have a plan.
