I, PeggyO, hereby agree and commit to take the following steps to improve my accountability to myself and increase my chances for weight loss success: .
1. I choose to be in charge of my own decisions and behavior. If I think that getting in all that exercise just takes too long to do I will just say “get over it”.
2. I will not let one small slip-up keep me from achieving my goals
3. I will continue to fill in my food tracker by noon so that I am sure to get everything in that I need.
4. I will share my weight with my friends and family
5. I will reward myself with appropriate rewards
6. I will get up from the computer and move around.
