I just realized that I was not drinking as much water as I thought. I have three different bottles that I drink from but I was not finishing them so I was getting much less water. I started today to finish all three bottles.
This is probably one of the reasons that I have been not losing weight.
I also started writing down what I eat. I put it on the food tracker but then I leave all the bites and licks out because I can't figure out how to include them in the food tracker.
I just have to continue my water and my writing.
I'll report back in one week which will be Thanksgiving.
