Our team is tracking our sodium input today and it is really amazing to me the amount of sodium in the food we eat.
I am using my food tracker everyday and I put down everything that I eat or drink.
Today I started adding coffee because I was just putting the milk down.
I also was amazed when I started adding the fish oil that I take twice a day. I never really counted it in my fats and it has ten calories.
The things I am learning by keeping track.
