I decided to start writing down some of my thoughts so that I would concentrate more on losing weight. I have been putting my food on my food tracker but I think I am going to write them in a book too.
I need the actual writing of what I eat. This will be an experiment for the next two weeks. I'll let you know what happens.

  I'll look forward to seeing how you do. Writing helps. I usually check to see if I have calories left before I start snacking after dinner. If not, herbal tea does the trick. Good luck!

    Peggy I to write my food down in a book its a great way of seeing what you eat and I put the time down if its later than 7.00pm with a little mood note by the side ,Then I can see if I am up , down or just hungry and bored it does help.     Peggy, This is a very good idea and makes us more accountable to ourselves. When you write your foods in a book as well, you can really see twice what you have been eating...it should just re-enforce what you are doing. I will be waiting to see how it works!! Good luck!

My mom was the greatest. I have four sisters and my mother taught us well. All of us are friends and when my mother died there was no arguing or anything. Just sharing like she always said.
