I was just curious as how many get frustrated when they weight themselves and when they go someplace else (ex. gym, Dr. office) and they get disappointed by the results? I found out what works for me is on my scale at home I put two ten pound dumbbells of it as see what the result is. In the past I would weight myself at home and then when I got to the Dr.'s office or gym my weight went up 13 or 14 pounds.
