OK, I'm not losing weight quickly. In fact it's ridiculously slow...as in 10 lbs in 100 days slow. But I can eat this way ther rest of my life!
I can be at my goal sometime in the future...and along the way I'm getting healthier each day. No more worries. Just living and eating one day at a time.
I GET IT!!!!!!
