emoticon I made it thanks for all the support. I did my weigh out on Dietbet today I not only made it to my 4% goal I beat it by 1.3lbs ironic huh. The same amount I was stuck at is the amount I surpassed it by. Anyway this is not the end for me. I am determined to get back into a healthy weight range get toned and eventually I want to help other on this lifelong journey of fitness. I haven't been this close to being out of the 190's in a while I am 192.2lbs when I leave 190 ville I am not turning back.

Zuumba absolutely rocked tonight I think I am finally mastering the routines for the monday night class. Now Tuesday's class is a whole other beast but I will learn them to hopefully before they switch up.

Just also started this Chalean Extreme/Insanity/Turbo Fire Hybrid I am taking my time with this one so as to not burn myself out.

Squats are a killer and so are a killer but tey are so good for me so I am going to stick with them.

I don't know if the pictures show much of a difference but I suure can see it and I definitely can feel a difference. People are starting to notice and inquiring as to what "program I am on" I simply tell the the get off my @$$ and eat healthier plan.I'm also gradually increasing my water intake daily my goal is to get up to a gallon a day.

So to any and all that may be reading my blog don't give up keep going it is a lifestyle change because diets do not work as they are not sustainable long term. Let's change the world one pound at a time.

2 days and 1.3lbs

So officially today is day 27 of the 28 day challenge weigh in is on Monday. As of this morning I weighted in at 194.2 I need to be at 193.5 to get to my 4% goal. Ugh this is so frustrating I am literally working my but off. I know the problem is a combo if not eating enough calories which is throwing my metabolism off and I believe I am finally getting some muscles under these layers of fat. Muscle weighs more than fat so that could be affecting my weight in terms of the scale. I am losing inches though so I am happy about that. I so hope I am able to make my goal although I am not doing this challenge on Dietbet for the money I sure could use the money. So wish me luck.

    It doesn't matter how your final weigh in for the challenge turns out - you are a WINNER! You may need the money, but it's clear that the money is not the incentive for your success. You've been really consistent and I know you will keep working out, gaining strength and keep losing.

I did finish Insanity I did miss a few days but I finished.

Current program: Turbo Fire, Zuumba and Water Aerobics

I am positively in love with Zuumba I do it almost 5 times a week and now that I have Zuumba for my Wii I might do it 7 days a week.

My fitness pal is a great addition to my new lifestyle I find it much easier if I add my calories before anything goes in my mouth. This keeps me on track.

I love that Spark People finally is able to sync with my Gofitwear device saves so much time I only wish my calories from myfitness would sync too then my life would be so much easier but oh well I'll just continue to add my overall calories instead of meal by meal on spark.

I am back under 200lbs next goal is to get under 190.

I have 2 challenges I'm doing Biggest Loser Turquoise Titans GO TITANS and I am on a dietbet challenge our pot is up to $650 and I have to lose 4% of my body weight in 28 days. Currently on day 21 and I think I just might get there. I have a week left to lose 1.3lbs. Whoever gets to the 4% goal splits the pot. I could definitely use this money.

Getting much better at cooking my meals for the week so I don't have to guess what I'm going to eat and this seriously cuts down on emotional eating for me.

Insanity Day 18

I made it over the hump and Im still going strong. My son was sick this week so I missed 2 days of Insanity and today I'm playing catch up 2 workouts done 2 more left I plowed through Plyometric Cardio and Pure Cardio still have Cardio Abs and Cardio Recovery left to complete. I'm getting stronger and able to do each exercise longer each time. I go on the scale again last night and I really need to not do this because that number is not moving even though I giving it my all. At first I let this get me down but then I saw my reflection in the mirror and I can definitely see a difference around my waist line. So no more scale for 2 weeks that will be right around my 30 day mark. I will continue to push play and keep it moving. I am not going to cheat myself this go round. I can do it.

It will lie to you. Keep track of your inches lost and how your clothes fit!
