Okay, who would have thought I could possibly fall into the category of not eating enough! I gave basically given up all junk food and am really putting some thought into what I am feeding my body. Writing things down is helping me and running the daily nutrition report is quite the eye-opener.
Today I'm feeling blah. The humidity is quite high for around here and I guess I'm tired since I just returned to work after being off for the summer. I really would like to take a nap but I'm forcing myself to walk the dogs...blistered toe and all!
