It hardly seems like we've returned from vacation and August is here. I haven't fully caught up yet from being away and we're heading off to the cottage for another week. It's been a hectic summer and I don't feel like I'm on top of things as I've been away so much. I'm definitely a person who likes routine but I am starting to get back in sync at the cottage which is quite helpful. I have some weight to lose from the cruise and find it easiest to do it at home where I can control everything I eat and drink. I'm fully confident that I can drop the additional pounds given the tools from SP I've internalized. It just might take me a bit longer given my schedule over the next 3 weeks. I can live with that!
The limo is coming at 2:00 pm then we're off to the airport for a 6:00 pm flight. Woo hoo!! We're both looking forward to chilling out (literally!) on our 2 week cruise to Norway as we're heading up past the arctic circle where the temperatures are only 6 degrees celsius. Lots of cruising days and excursions planned and of course lots of food temptations. Hopefully I'll get some walking in to offset the temptations! Can't wait!
